Lancer Capital Group is the passion project of William Sams, a junior at ETSU, who wants to help his hometown of Greeneville, TN continue its work of becoming one of the best places to live and work in Tennessee. William has interned with the Town of Greeneville, Greene County Partnership, political candidates, and started TriStar Trains which has allowed him to gain valuable experience and knowledge in business and of the needs of the Greene County community.
