The Lancer Capital Group Foundation is committed to shaping the leaders of tomorrow by empowering Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) programs. Founded by William Sams, a former AFJROTC cadet at Greeneville High School, the Foundation holds the belief that strong leadership and character development are the cornerstones of lifelong success, our mission is to provide the resources and opportunities cadets need to thrive. Through strategic investments in unit activities, educational experiences, and annual scholarships, we aim to inspire excellence and cultivate leadership skills that will benefit both individuals and their communities. Based in Greeneville, Tennessee, the Foundation serves as a bridge between JROTC programs and the broader community, fostering partnerships that amplify our shared impact. By supporting young leaders today, we are building a brighter, stronger future for everyone.
