Projects
ONE Lancer Center

Currently under construction, ONE Lancer Center is LCG Development International’s first development, set to open in late April or early May 2026. Located on Depot Street, the building combines office, retail, and community-focused spaces in a bright and welcoming environment.
The central lobby serves as the heart of the building, featuring large windows that look directly into the retail space and an area for a rotating pop-up shop. A door straight through the lobby leads to the main retail area, while a door on the left provides access to the stairs serving five rental offices on the second floor and a flexible innovation room available for reserved use. The second floor also houses LCG Development International and Lancer Capital Group Foundation offices.
ONE Lancer Center is designed to foster connection, collaboration, and creativity. It offers space for businesses to grow, ideas to take shape, and the community to gather in a modern, vibrant setting.
Construction is moving forward quickly and we are excited to welcome the community to this new Greeneville destination.
