Greeneville Depot Street Development
We are involved in a very exciting new development coming to downtown Greeneville which will be located on Depot Street. The development is called "The Morgan" and will feature 9 residential condo units and up to 5 leased retail spaces. The developers of this project hope that this development will breathe new life into downtown Greeneville and set the standard for new developments coming in the future. We believe that this development is the start of an exciting new chapter in the history of Downtown Greeneville.
