What We Do

Lancer Capital Group is a holding and development company envisioned by William Sams, a junior at ETSU, who wants to help his hometown of Greeneville, TN become one of the best places to live and work in Tennessee. William has served as an intern with the Town of Greeneville and the Greene County Partnership, as well as political candidates, working to gain invaluable experience and knowledge of the needs of the community. LCG is also the parent of TriStar Trains, a new East TN business working to be YOUR East TN Model Railroad Resource! The goal of LCG will be to partner with area professionals to work on developing real estate and businesses in Greeneville and Greene County. In addition,  LCG will work to promote Greene County and all it has to offer and use acquired capital to invest directly in our own future developments.
